GREVEO implements integrated community development interventions aimed at strengthening food security, climate resilience, and sustainable livelihoods. As part of these efforts, the organization supported the construction of a 55-hectare canal irrigation scheme.

The initiative is currently benefiting several households, enabling communities to improve agricultural productivity and household income. The organization also promotes basin irrigation that supports smallholder farmers in adopting efficient and climate-smart farming practices. Through this approach, farmers are trained to cultivate horticultural crops such as tomatoes and vegetables, thereby diversifying production, improving household nutrition, and creating sustainable income generating opportunities within the communities the organization serves.
